I definitely did like the design of this hotel a lot. The Front Desk Associate was very cool and professional, he knew exactly what he was talking about and gave me more than enough information so that way my stay went well. My bed was SUPER comfortable, I struggle to get out of it the whole time I was there LOL! Also, there were SO MANY restaurants and shops within walking distance and if I did have to drive, it was only a very very short distance across a parking lot or literally across the main road which was extremely convenient! All in all, I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Jacksonville!

The lobby area was very pretty , and the staff was friendly. Also, we enjoyed the bar time with happy hour and the karaoke. The atmosphere was great.

The hotel was very nice. The location was great; It was very close to the interstate, not to mention lots of restaurants and shopping. The room was nice and clean.

Everything! We loved the vibe of this hotel. It's centrally located to the airport and a lot of dining/shopping options. Many restaurants are walking distance. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious and the layout was unique. The lobby has a pool table, bar, and they had karaoke the night we were there. We didn't stay for it but there were a lot of guests participating and it looked like a fun time.

Didn't eat breakfast at the hotel because it wasn't included as part of the stay. Most hotels have some kind of a complimentary meal. Did like that it was located to shopping stores and walking distance to other restaurants.

Traveling for winter holidays is always tricky but with the weather causing flight delays and cancelations across the US, we finally arrived at the airport at 4:00AM. Thankfully the hotel has an airport shuttle because you can't pick up a rental car at that time. The shuttle driver was very nice as was the gentleman who checked us in and gave us our room key. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Our room was quiet and we got several hours of sleep before checking out.

the location had so many restaurants and shops around it. it was a nice surprise and made it easy to grab food. it’s also very close to the freeway so makes getting placed easy! the rooms are nice and clean as well, with a nice shower and comfy bed.

Aloft has a very welcoming vibe and design. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The airport is a 5-minute drive. The room is spacious and the beds are comfortable. Every part of the hotel is clean and updated. LOVE it and we will be back.
